Note: All hair is pre washed and conditioned prior to shipping for your convenience. Please express any types of allergies or sensitivities prior to placing your order.
MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD, AS WELL AS CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IF IT DIFFERS. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS, YOUR CARD WILL NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED, IT WILL FALL OFF. IT WILL SHOW THE ATTEMPT FOR PROCESSING THE TRANSACTION.
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-3 Business days prior to your order being shipped.
Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the following business day which would be Monday.) ALL SHIPPING DEPENDS ON LOCATION OF DELIVERY
****Shipping Orders Outside besides Flat Rate will have an Additional Fees that will be applied to purchase price or exchanges.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business Days.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business Days.
International Shipping is 10-14 Business days (Depending on your location)
All Packages are Delivery via USPS.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will begin its processing after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service email :
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure a timely delivery, all orders are processed within a 48 hour period. Orders need to be altered or changed prior to the payment being processed and complete, so please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to placing and completing your order..
4. May I exchange my order?
Here at STARRHAIRBOUTIQU, our mission is to leave all of our clients feeling at their best so YES, we do offer an exchange on unopened hair extensions within FIVE (5) DAYS of receiving your order.
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer any type of returns or exchange if the hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
We have found an extremely low rate on issues with our products, which we are so proud of. However, we understand and handle each of our situations on a case by case basis. With that being said, hair must be left in its original state, untampered with, unworn, un-fingered through, brushed, altered in any form or taken apart. If there is a circumstance in which you need to exchange your order, we are more than happy to accommodate you with that, if all stipulations have been abided by.
**** We are not responsible for any type of stylist trying to custom color or dye your purchased STARRHAIRBOUTIQU products. Hair that has been altered in any shape or form, will be returned back to you.
**** An upcharge may be applied, depending on the type of the exchange depending on Texture, Color, Length, and/or Availability.
You must contact us first before exchanging any of your packages. Please contact us during business hours within the five (5) day exchange period.
